S.M.A. Alliance has added another feature to its program which is a News Release Distribution Service. This has proved to be highly effective and useful for car dealerships by getting their dealership name branded and highlighted on the Internet. It also drowns out negative reviews from competitors or angry customers that would have complained no matter where they had purchased a car.

Our News Release Distrubtion ranks high on the search engines and portrays the favorable news and up-coming events for the dealership. One of our participating dealers submitted a news release "12 Reasons Why" which featured a comprehensive incentive plan for new and participating customers including free oil changes, a point earning system, and individual portals for all members.
If a potential customer sees a dealership's inventory on the Internet, the next step is researching the actual dealership. If they see postive reviews and news releases, the skeptisicm and stereotypes are dismissed. The greatest benefit of the Internet is also its downfall-the ability for anybody to say anything with no reason.
