Nice comment Ralph your definitely rocking the social world. Here is my 2 cents worth for Aaron, I hope it helps.

I think is you try and do a hard sell on Social Media platforms it will definitely not work. Social is all about listening and helping. The sales come later because of the trust you are building up with your online community. Social media is a lot of work but if it is done well and from the heart it can be a very big part of your daily sales. When posting online thing about your target group and then reflect on your post to see if it is bringing value to the community. If you don't know your audience that intimately then listen to what people are talking about and respond to their needs that way. Aaron, we all respect your opinion, but there are many dealers using a variety of social media marketing and advertising tactics to help them sell more cars.  Heck, I have personally sold many vehicles as a result of various blog posts, customer reviews and responding to people who post on social media sites like twitter, YouTube, Flickr and others, so to say "social medai does not work" should be qualified with "Social Media does not work for me", because it sure as heck is working for thousands of other people selling cars.
