Jeff Kershner is an impostor, a liar and his DealerRefresh.com website is CRAP!

Is it true? Is Jeff Kershner floating around industry roundtables and conventions posing as Ralph Paglia?

Apparently it is. There were rumors in the past about this foul play but until now there had been no real evidence. This is a serious offense and what many would call a hideous act of identity theft.

Unlike the show-off or poseur who fails to deceive people, Jeff Kershner succeeds at least for a while in charming his audience into believing he is Ralph Paglia. Maybe it's so he can attend all the parties for popular people or maybe he's trying to obtain the knowledge and status that comes with being Ralph
Paglia.

When Ralph was asked how he felt about this, he replied:

"I've heard Jeff was imposing as me but I never believed it, UNTIL NOW. I can understand wanting the limelight, but to go to measures like this is absurd. What is he thinking? I heard he actually works in the detail department at his hometown Honda dealer and his DealerRefresh.com blog is total crap."

We hunted Kershner down and all he had to say was...

ummmmmm...No comment

...as he ran out of a Honda dealer washbay.

When I got back to PHX, I ended up in the emergency room of my local hospital Wednesday night... Turns out I have Pneumonia in a bad way. After a night of IV antibiotics and being on a breathing machine, I am feeling much better.
