LOL, sounds very interesting. Then again, neither one of you know what you're talking about when it comes to social media! HAHA

Joking, much respect to the both of you

Just to remind you guys... I put you on the SAME Panel & you both have "back to back" workshops (AFTER the Expert Panel). that was NOT an accident :)

This is going to be epic. Part of me wishes there weren't so many going to Digital Dealer because there is going to be some real education and fun fireworks flying in Chicago.

OK... Biiiigggg Talk while you guys knew I was out at a concert with my wife... JD, with all due respect, your were wrong 4 years ago, and that hasn't changed! Oh sure, you got an army of resources and you know the idealized warm and fuzzy mantra of all the social media freaks that this thing has brought out of the wood work... BUT, have you YET figured out what it is like to work in a dealership and try to do all this nicey nicey social media engagement stuff with the phones ringing, leads that must be responded to and a GSM screaming at you to take an up because salespeople did not show up for work that day???  I still say that sometimes you got to spray and pray, and go for mass reach instead of time consuming finesse.  I will, however, admit that since our last time on stage together, new tools and tactics have made it a lot easier to do things with more finesse than a shotgun blast... :-)

@SeanVBradley - the dealers win. Ralph knows social marketing for car dealers better than anyone on the planet. I have some opinions of my own. We've both grown in our understanding of the industry in the years since the first debate and I'm confident that the dealers are going to come away with a true understanding of how to take advantage of social media, maximizing their return while minimizing their effort.
