The late-night studies, missing functions and family ceremonies, burning oil at night, it is just to get a single job and get posted in the campus placement. Human wants are never satisfied, we get a job offer, but we are never happy with that because of the factors like work culture, an argument with our manager, work environment, etc. The list never ends. Every individual and every aspirant do have a dream about working in their desire company. We cannot answer in our entire life why correctly we are working. It is just because of satisfaction or to earn money or what? There is a full stop to it, blank mind.

We always say we want to grow in our life but never differentiate in between financial growth and professional growth.  It is always said, if an employee is productive, he/she is happy, but if he/she is happy it is not necessarily the same person will be productive. So, it is rightly said “An empty vessel sounds much”. Similarly, if an employee or a person is sitting idly, it may lead to his or her destruction. We should always utilize our time and become productive.

         Every company has a desired result expectation and goal to achieve, they want their employees to be par at achieving the mission and vision of the company in a unity.

  • Discipline is utmost important in any organization, and the employer expects employees should be regular concerning attendance and maintain the curriculum of the organization.

         The employer expects task should be performed by the assigned person with proper honesty and integrity.

         They expect the employees to be loyal
