What are our domestic auto manufacturers doing about energy these days? A lot!
Ford Motor Company announced recently that the Ford Fusion and Mercury Milan hybrid models will be 41 mpg in the city and 36 mpg on the highway. Wow! 41 mpg in the city means our urban areas can see huge benefits. And get this, the Fusion and the Milan can go up to 47 mph on all electric power. This makes them extremely useful in those short trips down the street to the grocery store or around the block to the neighbor’s house. Here is the real kicker; the base price on the Fusion hybrid is expected to be $27,270 not including destination charges.
Chevrolet also has the Tahoe and Suburban hybrids for those of you who can’t turn loose of all that room and utility. You can find all of these vehicles online when you are ready to buy at www.everycarlisted.com.
