Which ad do you think is more compelling to the consumer? Is it the ad with the reviews or is Rick Hendrick Dodge on better ad?
The second photo (below) is the same ad running on my laptop. Both ads are leveraging the reviews on Google Places in their paid advertising strategy.
This is an Adwords Express campaign and NOT a regular Adwords campaign. These ads are FAR BETTER than standard Adwords ads and the data we have been collecting documents the ROI clearly.
Adwords Express Ads have phone number, address links, and best of all they display the consumer "score" from Google Places.
Reviews Are Key To Adwords Express
Dealers that have strong in-store review collection processes using the Google Places App can monetize their good service using Adwords Express.
Reviews on 3rd party sites can not be included in the paid advertising today.
Adwords Express ads are very strong and are extremely effective for their cost.
ADM Members should look into running Adwords Express ads with their PPC vendor.
I will be sharing the data behind the success of Google Adwords Express at the upcoming Digital Marketing Strategies Conference in Las Vegas, Feb 1-3rd.
Register for DMSC in October and save $300 off registration. I'm also excited to have a number of ADM members involved in the educational workshops. Ralph Paglia has confirmed his participation and his workshop will be a blast!
Details for the 2012 DMSC can be found at: http://www.digitalmarketingstrategies.org
This is how Adwords Express ads show on a regular desktop or laptop browser:
