From the Trenches - Who do you want to be?


Nobody expects the average salesperson to be able to do what the guy in this video (Ken Beam) does, but this is why he is a top salesperson and gives his competitors a run for their money.  What are you doing to be competitive in this business? 


I don't know Ken personally but I believe Ken knows that the Internet is his gravy train.  He is selling himself as much as the product.  Are you being creative in your approach to the customer or are you relying on the dealer's advertising to get you business?


The very best salespeople know that they are in business for themselves no matter who they work for. 


Who will be the first salesperson in your area to take his job this seriously in the digital world?  It's not technology; we can help with that.  It's the will-power and pride and ambition to be the best that matters.



Robert Kennedy said, "It is not enough to understand or see clearly. The future will be shaped in the arena of human activity, by those willing to commit their minds and their bodies to the task." 


Ken Beam is doing that.  


There are those among us who are satisfied with reaping the dwindling benefit of previous customers - previous successes. And there are those who seek to continue being the stars they knew they would be when they began their careers.  And also, there are those starting out that are ready to be all that they can be.  


When you ask yourself that question, "Which am I?", you know who you are and only you know which you want to be.
