Apparently it was such a great year at Ford Motor Company that more than 50,000 UAW workers will enjoy a bonus of more than $9,000 through profit sharing, according to a Detroit Free Press article. FCA (that's Fiat-Chrysler of America) workers will 'only' get about $4,000. It's great that the factories are lookin out for workers, but should they maybe trickle some of that down to the boots (or dress shoes) on the ground who are moving the units? What say you...???
