WILMINGTON, NC - NOVEMBER 20, 2012 - After careful evaluation, New York publishers John Wiley & Son have selected two of Americas top trainers to be added to the family of books known as the "Dummies" franchise. Trainers John Fuhrman and Anthony Bartoli have agreed to be co-authors for the upcoming Auto Sales for Dummies book. The "Dummies" books have sold millions of copies to people in all walks of life.
Says Fuhrman, "We are excited to be a part of such a successful group of books. While we could have done something on our own, having Wiley behind us means they have evaluated our methods and chosen them as the authority for training beginning sales people."
The book will follow the traditional "Dummies" easy to follow format so that anyone can learn from simply reading the book on their own. It will be a combination of low tech and high tech information. Sales people will discover everything from the basics to building their own Internet presence to help them sell more cars.
In addition, Wiley has agreed to some special promotions to kick off the book early. Vendors who order certain quantities can have their logo printed right on the front cover so they can hand the book out to their clients. In addition, dealers who pre-order copies for their sales team will receive two special items. One, they will receive a discount on training programs from The Dealer Resource Group to be used when they want. Two, they can choose one private consulting phone session with either author. John Fuhrman will be available to discuss current hiring and training issues and Anthony Bartoli will work with dealers to discuss their Internet/BDC issues. In both cases, the publisher has agreed to terms that do not require payment until the books are delivered.
