The Boot Camp Experience Will Energize Your Team

Multiple Strategies To Meet The Needs of Dealers

One of the greatest benefits of the Boot Camp Experience is that the conference attracts industry leaders to share their strategies in an intimate setting.

Workshop classroom seating is limited to 40 people which gives everyone a chance to ask questions and engage with the subject matter expert.

With 48 workshop choices, there is something for everyone in the dealership.

Is there a one-size fits all solution to the needs of dealers?  No!  That's why the Boot Camp invites multiple subject matter experts that allow attendees to decide which strategy best fits their dealership culture and readiness.

Internet/BDC Processes and CRM Workflows

Attendees who have careers involving Internet lead handling, phone skills development, and CRM processes can learn from the best in the industry.  Joe Webb, Jim Flint, Joni Stuker, Jerry Thibeau, Marc McGurren, and Julie Chism are all gearing up to help dealers generate more appointments and sales from their leads.  Dealers that are setup with a BDC or considering one, should be attending these workshops to eliminate the blunders that are made every day at dealerships across the country.

Investments in Dealership Staffing

Dealers are asking how to attract new talent into the retail automotive industry; many realize that they need new blood in sales and operations.  Managers are also seeking new ways to motivate, and reward their existing employees.

Ralph Paglia will be sharing his formulas for staffing a successful team at the Boot Camp.  Investments to develop and train employees at the dealership are often a lower priority. Dealers who are attracting and retaining the next generation of automotive professionals will have a distinct competitive advantage in the years to come.

SEO and Social Media Strategies

Have you heard about the Google Penguin update?  Have you noticed that the line between SEO and Social Media is blurring?  This is not a coincidence.  Learn from industry experts on what is changing and how it impacts your digital marketing strategy.

We are excited that both Google and Microsoft are sending their experts to share their latest insights for social, local, mobile, and paid search strategies. We look forward to learning from Kate Balingit (Google) and Brian Yamada (Bing).

JD Rucker, Brittany Richter, George Nenni, Christine Rochelle, and I will be sharing our latest findings on how the most recent Google updates are creating opportunities for dealers who leverage social media and content publishing strategies.  Do you know the difference between natural and unnatural links?

Mobile Technology

Mobile technology is becoming mainstream at leading dealerships.  Learn how mobile devices, apps, and paid search strategy will change the way dealers interact with local consumers.   Over 20% of dealership website traffic is coming from mobile devices and this number is growing.

Eric Miltsch, Glen Garvin, Julio Gonzales, Joe Mescher, James Kovacs, Ben Anderson, and I will be sharing winning strategies that leverage mobile technology and mobile advertising strategies.

Fixed Operations

The most profitable area of business for dealers is Fixed Operations and this year the Boot Camp has included specific workshops for Fixed Ops Directors. Learn from Julie Chism, Paul Long, Christy Roman, and Glen Garvin on winning Fixed Ops strategies.

Most dealers have not created strong digital marketing and reputation management processes for service and parts.  Today, there is a great opportunity to increase revenue and marketshare for service, but dealers need a winning strategy.  Fixed Ops Managers, this is the conference to give you a local competitive edge!

Sales, Sales, and Sales

We would be a miss if we didn't also offer workshops to increase the effectiveness of your Sales and F&I processes.  Jim Ziegler, Jim Flint, Mark Burack, Tim Byrd, and Keith Shetterly are just a few of the workshop leaders that will be sharing strategies with Dealer Principals, General Managers, General Sales Managers, and Internet Sales Staff.

Brian's conferences focus on where the rubber meets the road--not only meaning it's action, not theory, he drives towards, but it's also YOUR sales.  As in, your customers' rubber tires on the road, happy, as they leave your dealership after a sale.  Couldn't be better!!
