I have discovered the absolute best way to build dealerships’ brands while assuring that their contact information remains at their customers’ and prospects’ fingertips.


If a dealership creates a digital business card that functions in the contact app across all operating systems (IOS, Android, Windows, etc.), then the dealership’s contact info is always accurate, fresh, and pointed to the correct department, i.e. sales, service, finance, parts, etc. If you were to download this URL for Audi of Natick (preferably on a smart phone; you can see the end result on the right) you will see all of the relevant dealership contact points. And, since this is a vCard, all the links are current and live – no manual contact updates required by the customer. 


An even better example is if you text audinatick (one word – don’t let the spell checker override it) to 444-999 all of that info is saved and searchable on a prospect or customers phones. Audi has a second message feature, which it edits periodically, that announces specials and such. Also, once opened or synced on a computer, the name becomes part of the safe senders’ folder.


KeynectUp is an incredibly easy and inexpensive way for a salesperson to share contact information or a service department’s hours to be listed where it will do the most good. I found the company through a service video produced by Wellesley Mazda and sent to me. I was stunned at the ease of operation.
