I've moved to a new role, working as Director of Business Development and Call Center for CAR Research in Houston, Texas.  That hasn't changed me, personally, as you might have noticed in some blogs recently, but it has changed what I do.  They hired me for me.  I'll be at Digital Dealer in Orlando next week and at Brian Pasch's Automotive Bootcamp in Philadelphia the week after that.

For my work now, I am simply focused on this every day:  What can a call center do for a dealer?  What dealers NEED from a call center to make sales?

And the list is of needs is perhaps long, but I've taken hold of some great call center products and worked with some great people to make them better.  And to make them available to dealers using almost any of the industry-leading CRMs, not just CAR Research XRM!

We get appointments for dealers from equity and online shopping alert calls in the product equity and online shopper DealFinder™.  Get customer appoitments "ahead of the Internet Lead"!  And get appointments from "dead" leads, too.

We get actionable sales-driving "Voice of the Customer" data for dealers to "Sell the Unsold!" with the product showroom Watchdog™.  A valuable sales-making and road-to-the-sale monitoring product for 18 years from CAR Research (company was founded on this work), we now provide this call center service for almost any of the industry-leading CRMS, not just CAR Research XRM!

Keith, congratulations!  I consider you one of my best friends in this industry.  I've seen your intensity and dedication first-hand working on company business in Vegas when you could have been partying.
