I'm sorry if I offended the ARP Consortium. I was not aware you were connected with Tier 10 Marketing and ARP. Tier 10  was not one of the two companies I was referring to in my post.


I still haven't received a reason from ARP as to why I was banned.

Thanks Ralph! I do not believe in protecting or promoting a company or vendor without some sort of proof. Dealers are bombarded by enough phony sales hype.


Forums like this are important in keeping the industry in check. When you start banning people for stating facts, it brings in to question the motive and credibility behind the organization.

Sorry, I can't count or read :).

Two of the companies on the list I have personal experience with in regards to their claim of technology they "created". I will not post the names here but they know who they are.

Anyone who would like to email me personally I will provide details.

Yago, I do not necessarily disagree with you, but again, none of the companies listed have any ownership (investment) interest in AutoSuccess (that I am aware of).  I have done some work for Susan Givens, the owner of AutoSuccess Magazine and she has described the publication's ownership structure to me.  However, whatever the criteria was that Susan used to create this list, whether "merit" or some other measure WAS USED, we should all keep in mind that she has created a list of 12 COMPANIES TO WATCH IN 2O12... She has not created this list based many of the criteria that other publications use, she has elected to do something different, which she did last year as well.  I do believe all the companies on Susan's list have significant merit and are worth investigating by dealers seeking to expand their success.

Tarry, there are 12 companies listed... So, half the list is comprised of companies that you are referring to.

I love ya, But the list should have people "by merit" and not "by investment".
