AutoSuccess Announces Top 12 Companies to Watch in 2012

AutoSuccess Magazine has Identified Twelve Automotive Digital Supplier Companies that are Helping Car Dealers "Dramatically Improve Their Profitability"

AutoSuccess introduces the article by stating:

"Over the last three years, as a result of the recession, our industry has experienced some growing pains. Just as demand began to rise, the industry’s economic woes were met with the wrath of Mother Nature when the earthquake and tsunami hit Japan, taking a toll on the production plants that feed the inventories of dealerships across the country. Despite the difficulties, most dealers have weathered the storm, cut costs and increased efficiencies to stay afloat.

The best dealers have remained strong and are now benefiting from increased demand, revenue and profits with leaner organizations that are enjoying the newfound demand in the recovering market. After years of playing defense, signs of a recovering economy are motivating many of the top dealers to start playing offense, and it’s paying off in record profits for 2011 – setting the stage for a big 2012.

The most profitable dealers are getting more aggressive in 2012 and are utilizing innovative digital strategies to attract, sell, service and retain more of their customers in a way that is more profitable. Many of these dealers have either created new technologies or utilized other companies’ technologies to improve their business.

This feature showcases the Top 12 Companies in 2012 that are helping dealers increase their profits by driving down costs and driving up revenue. In this feature you will learn about marketing companies combining the power of traditional and digital marketing to deliver a consistent message through all tiers of marketing, including mobile and social media marketing strategies, Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Video Search Engine Optimization (VSEO).

You will also learn about group buying services that are dealer friendly, ways to use an iPad to increase your dealership’s closing ratio and average gross profit, and CSI and retention strategies that increase sales and service loyalty and frequency.

This article also profiles companies that help dealers monitor all their advertising, as well as their customer service practices via the phone. This is done throughout all departments of the dealership to help management improve upon best practices and close more deals."

Ralph-

I'm sorry if I offended the ARP Consortium. I was not aware you were connected with Tier 10 Marketing and ARP. Tier 10  was not one of the two companies I was referring to in my post.

I still haven't received a reason from ARP as to why I was banned.

Thanks Ralph! I do not believe in protecting or promoting a company or vendor without some sort of proof. Dealers are bombarded by enough phony sales hype.

Forums like this are important in keeping the industry in check. When you start banning people for stating facts, it brings in to question the motive and credibility behind the organization.

Well Tarry, you are certainly welcome here on ADM and we appreciate your insights and sharing of knowledge that you provide the ADM Community with.

Sorry, I can't count or read :).

Two of the companies on the list I have personal experience with in regards to their claim of technology they "created". I will not post the names here but they know who they are.

Anyone who would like to email me personally I will provide details.

I also just received this message from the automotiveresourcepartners.org website:

"You have been suspended from Automotive Resource Partners

Sorry, Tarry Shebesta, you can not access Automotive Resource Partners as you have been suspended. If you think you've been suspended in error, you can contact the administrator.

Yago - BTW, I love you too, and would love to spend more time hanging out in Las Vegas!

Ed - Hey, at least it is not about TrueCar!!! I know that TrueCar has become the company many of us love to hate, but I am ready for some new controversies!

Comment by Ed Brooks on January 18, 2012 at 4:20pm

Wow Ralph. Did you expect all this controversy?

Congratulations to all twelve companies!

Yago, I do not necessarily disagree with you, but again, none of the companies listed have any ownership (investment) interest in AutoSuccess (that I am aware of).  I have done some work for Susan Givens, the owner of AutoSuccess Magazine and she has described the publication's ownership structure to me.  However, whatever the criteria was that Susan used to create this list, whether "merit" or some other measure WAS USED, we should all keep in mind that she has created a list of 12 COMPANIES TO WATCH IN 2O12... She has not created this list based many of the criteria that other publications use, she has elected to do something different, which she did last year as well.  I do believe all the companies on Susan's list have significant merit and are worth investigating by dealers seeking to expand their success.

Tarry, there are 12 companies listed... So, half the list is comprised of companies that you are referring to.

Comment by Yago De Artaza Paramo on January 18, 2012 at 2:33pm

I love ya, But the list should have people "by merit" and not "by investment".
