Yes Ralph with a strategic follow up process it can be done; what's equally relevant is that there must be a dedicated E-Commerce Director that can step in for immediate T.O.  What I've seen happen too many times is that there are coordinators pounding the phones with no manager around who can give advice while their on the phone or as aforementioned can step in for a T.O.  Great value and a easy sell for the dealerships that have a process in place.
