I like my profile photo…. I do. It’s warm and friendly (at least to me it is).
However I cropped the best part of it out. The part that makes me look so warm and friendly. My family.

The photo above was taken the day after my youngest son was born in August. A friend of mine; who dabbles in photography, came to the delivery room in the Women’s and Children’s ward to record our wonderful event.
No wonder I look great (I use that term loosely). I’m sleep deprived; adrenaline pumped, and am holding my 18 hour old son.
How much are you cropping from YOUR dealership image?
As a former dealer kid/ now experienced DMS vendor-guy I see many dealerships focus on sales in advertising yet forget the fact they are cropping out the folks that help them stay in business. Your service staff, office staff, and everyone that makes your store run like a family.
These are the folks that need to be recognized. On your websites, in your advertising, and as part of your sales process.
