Stan Sher began his career as a sales consultant at one of the highest volume Honda dealerships in New Jersey in 2003
. After two years he relocated to Florida to work for a Honda dealership that is owned by AutoNation where he gained a strong experience in internet sales. He was consistently one of the top sales consultants in the dealership. He subsequently moved back to NJ to work for a very reputable Acura dealership in Princeton, NJ where he took over the internet department. It was under his leadership that he took them from 10 units per month to just over 30 units per month on the Internet.
As time moved on he was offered a sales management position at another high volume Honda dealership in NJ where he took that internet department from 25 units per month to over units per month with an average closing ratio of 14.6% in a matter of one month. He repeated his success at a smaller Honda dealership where he was the BDC Manager and dealer Excel facilitator. He took a struggling BDC department that would barely bring in 35 units per month and took them to over 65 units per month.
