Jason Smith, Digital Media Director - Horizon Media 

Jason Smith is a 10 year veteran of the advertising industry with a history of leading both digital media and non-traditional practices over the course of his career. As Digital Media Director at Horizon Media, Jason provides strategic digital media solutions to industry leading brands including GEICO, Capital One Financial, HISTORY and A&E Television. 


Chris Louie, VP, Product Leadership - Nielsen 

Chris Louie is Vice President, Product Leadership for Advertising Effectiveness at Nielsen, a global provider of information and insights around what consumers watch and buy. In this role, Chris is responsible for helping Nielsen’s advertiser, agency, publisher and network clients drive higher ROI from their campaigns on every screen. He leads product marketing for Nielsen’s Advertising Effectiveness solutions, including the Nielsen Campaign Ratings and Nielsen Brand Effect product suites, which measure advertising reach and resonance across platforms. In an earlier role leading Nielsen’s media strategy group, Chris helped develop Nielsen’s social media strategy and created its Media Analytics practice. Prior to Nielsen, Chris was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, consulting the world’s largest media and technology clients on strategy and marketing & sales. 


Chris Scoggins, Senior VP & GM - DLX Digital Services 

Chris Scoggins manages the sales, operations and product groups for DLX Digital Services, Datalogix’s digital data business. He has spent his entire career building emerging products and start-up organizations. Scoggins joined the company after six years in venture capital, with Sequel Venture Partners and the Sprout Group, where he made investments in the digital media, enterprise software and Internet services sectors. He remains a Venture Partner with Sequel and continues to serve on the board of Yieldex, an inventory management platform for online publishers. 

Chris Smith, GM of Emerging Media - Turn 

As the General Manager of Emerging Media, Chris is responsible for the global packaging of Turn products, partners and services that provide innovative cross-channel solutions to address the digital video, display, mobile, social and overall branding needs of agencies and global marketers. Before joining Turn, Chris served as VP of Video & Mobile at Collective. As part of the emerging media group, Chris focused on developing innovative digital video and mobile product offerings such as TV Accelerator™. Earlier in his career, Chris was Senior Manager of Business Development at Adap.tv, a programmatic digital video platform.
