A New Journey and New Opportunities

I am excited to announce that effective May 4, 2012, I embarked on a new journey, and resigned from the re:member group. I will be heading back to the corporate world to assist United Health Group in developing its Member Experience Strategy.  Many of you assisted me during my transition period, and I am so thankful for all the help I received.  I am very excited about this position—it’s exactly what I was looking for when I started my job search: To be able to enhance the Customers’ Experience so they remain loyal and recommend their friends.

My time at the re:member group has been engaging and fruitful.  I am grateful for the opportunity I was provided to build and lead the re:member group, and I am proud of what I was able to accomplish in the nine years I led the organization, along with an a capable staff.  I wish them all the best, and am eager to watch re:member group continue to succeed. I will be wrapping up a few engagements in May for re:member group, so please feel free to reach out to me with any questions.

I am available also available in the month of May for short-term assignments, and I am looking forward to hearing from you.  Please let me know if I can assist you in any way.  As a Marketing Strategist and Consultant, I have deep experience in Program Design and Marketing Strategies.  Having strengths in the areas of strategic development, loyalty marketing and administration, plus experience in program development, management and analytics, there are many areas that I will be able to assist your organization until I begin full-time in my new role.

Thanks, Ralph. I am sure our paths will continue to cross. At least I hope so. The automotive business has some of the best people, and I don't want to lose touch with them. Don't forget to enhance the Customers' Experience! It's the only way to truly build loyal customers who will recommend their friends.
