It seems that almost everyone who is involved with using digital marketing strategies to sell more cars and trucks gets excited when they discover something useful that may have previously been hidden... The proverbial "Secret Sauce"! Well, back when I came on board at ADP, the Omniture SiteCatalyst analytics team at BZ Results sent me a link to an online training tutorial. Unfortunately, until today I never took the time to visit the site linked and go through the section on how to use the website analytics and reporting tools within Omniture SiteCatalyst. Today I did, and was amazed at how much insight is packed into this 5 minute online video... What a great piece....And dealers are complaining about traffic! It is a shame that more them do not use this information to track their progress. Utilization of this data is critical to the stores planning and success and may become part of the DOC reports of the future.
