The Women's Automotive Association International is proud to present the 2008 Professional Achievement Award to Susan Scarola President & CEO of DCH Auto Group on Thursday November 20th, 2008 in Los Angeles at the Biltmore Hotel during the LA Auto Show preview days.
As President and CEO of DCH Auto Group of a group of over 30 dealerships in four states and growing, Susan brings to the DCH table an M.B.A. from New York University and CPA experience with KPMG Peat Marwick. Susan’s high standards of Excellence contributed to her steady climb up the corporate ladder. Prior to accepting her current responsibilities she held positions as CFO, Sr VP overseeing Human Resources and other administrative functions, and member of the Company’s Executive Committee. She also serves now as a Director.
Born in Brooklyn, raised in Long Island, Susan contributes much of her success to her strong family values; the same strong values that she found at DCH when she joined the company 22 years ago. Susan has a strong passion for people; for being part of a family, whether a personal family or a work family, a family that gives their all to whatever they do and behaves with honesty, integrity, and the highest ethical standards. To solidify these values throughout the organization, Susan recently championed the implementation of The DCH Way geared to assure high employee enthusiasm and customer satisfaction. As a result, it comes as no surprise that DCH Auto Group continuously receives high accolades from auto manufacturers and has received more J.D. Power and Associates Dealers of Excellence Awards than any other dealership group in the nation!
