Cars.com Email Blast... | Question by Martin Damato

Hello everyone. I was recently approached by a cars.com rep who had a new feature in a form of an email blast. They told me for a certain price, they can contact 10,000 customers that were interested in a manufacturer I selected.

I had a question at first that went unanswered...
