Grand Theft Auto - Customer!

Grand Theft Auto - Customer:  It’s not a video game—it’s your real profits.  How do other dealers steal your customers?

They park a PPC campaign on your dealership name.  They use your dealership name in their SEO work.  They hijack your Google Places results (just found and undid one of those!).   And your…

The Elephant in the Showroom

We’ve heard the complaints for years—for decades, really—about salespeople mishandling the phone, the floor ups, the follow-up, the sale, the close, etc.  And about how, nowadays, they also mishandle the Internet leads, the emails, and so forth.  Even though we “train, train, train!”  Right?  No!  The truth:  The “Elephant in the Showroom” is that, for salespeople, we get…

True change is not a “herd” thing,…

CRM Outage Right Before a Weekend--What Do YOU Think?

Anyone is welcome to answer, but I'd prefer if CRM vendors did not hop on this thread; I'm sure you've all had issues like this.

As to this outage, then, it was scheduled 3am-noon on Friday for maintenance . . . well, I'd think maybe Tuesday night to Wednesday morning is the right time to schedule that.  Keeps it from risking an over-run into the weekend and allows…
