Has anyone tried to resubmit a deal yet? It gives you the option to update the attachments but then I can not get to the NEXT page to save or resubmit? Anyone have a tip? Or should I just cancel the invoice and start over? I am worried that it will say the customers have already participated.

What is the best way to start using Social Media for a dealership? FaceBook?, Blog?, Twitter? To me there should be steps to getting involved and we all know you can't eat an elephant in one bite so I would like you to share what you are doing at your dealership on the ActivEngage wall here.
