TrueCar has certainly stirred up a hornet’s nest with “Know the REAL Price”. For some time now I have been thinking and battling it out with several blog opponents on conversion and why it is so important. It really comes down to breaking through the Digital Divide between you and the customer.
To do that you need to PERSONALLY INTERACT WITH THEM and to do that you need contact information… PERIOD.
