VIN Solutions vs. CDM (KBB)

I am currently looking into both VIN Solutions and CDM for my inventory. I am just wondering if anyone out there other than employees from the above mentioned companies has any pros and cons for me on these two companies. They both seem to accomplish the same thing as far as I can see and wondering if there is any "smoke and mirrors" in the presentations. Thanks for any input.
