Looking At Your Dealership Through a Trusted Lens

Last night I saw the final version our our first PCG Pit Stop video and I was taken back that I looked older than I perceive myself to be at 49.  HD video cameras are fantastic delivering crisp, high resolution.  Along with that comes accurate depiction of skin shading, wrinkles, blemishes, or five o'clock shadow.

What have you done lately to promote the (positive) reputation of our industry?

Saw this come across one of my 364 alerts...

 

This 82 year old veteran used car dealer is still concerned about how our industry is viewed in Maine and beyond. Although his idea may not be revolutionary or a home run at the end of the day, I think we could offer up a "Thank You" for the thought and effort that this dealer has put in on our behalf.

 

Perhaps we could all look inward and ask "what have we done lately" to promote the positive side and (positive)…

What Mobile apps are you using?

I am curious what you all have seen from any OEM where mobile devices are being used to facilitate presentations to customers, help in a selling situation or bring training to a retail associate?

Stop, think & strategize for lasting results
