The Facebook juggernaut has run out of steam in the U.S. According to Nielsen Wire the unique visitors has settled in between 130M and 135M per month (lower than the ComScore data in the graph below) and time spent on Facebook each month continues to decline.

Last week, while at a dealer client, and while reviewing the mystery shop I had just done for them, I flashed on a story told to me last year by one of my teammates. For some time now I have been thinking and battling it out with several blog opponents on conversion and why it is so important. It really comes down to breaking through the Digital Divide between you and the customer.
To do that you need to PERSONALLY INTERACT WITH THEM and to do that you need contact information… PERIOD.
