It has been about a month since I posted a blog. My last few have not been all that positive. I sell cars and it is very important to come to work with a positive attitude. Dealerships use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to organize and maintain regular and relevant contact with sales prospects and customers. And prospects and customers commonly use social media (i.e. Facebook, MySpace, Twitter) to organize and maintain regular and (hopefully) relevant contact with friends, acquaintances, and family.
