The one and only SEAN V. BRADLEY live at the Toyota dealership doing hands on training on the 10 step phone "Road to the appointment" process for the internet sales department. I personally thought this video was AWESOME training! This training made me realize how important it is to ask the right questions and always make good use of your rebuttals.
