We are trying to start up a BDC team slowly!
Right now we just hired an employee to handel the Service calls. She is calling recall customers and people who havn't come in for their first service.
I am trying to set up a pay plan and I am also trying to set up goals.
We are a small dealership in East Texas so please keep that in mind.

Something else that has often struck me in vehicle retail are the “forensic vendors”, all providing CSI-like “after the sale was prevented” information. Recorded calls that show how badly the call was bungled. CRM reports that list who wasn’t called back for the last three days.
