i started selling cars 35 yrs ago i found that after 6 months of earning next to nothing to find training that would change my thoughts and change my life i went from nothing to top dog in the next 6 months. i brcame a very succesful sales consultant and was offered a buisness mgr position and studied day and night and then sales mgr again very succesful because i invested in training and dedication to my people then was promoted to gem sls mgr and was elated when the dealer empowered me to make most decisions inside the four walls when i became a gen mgr i knew vry little about the fixed operations but once again i studied hard day in and day out after all said and done i am now a sales trainer that i love i owe all the motivation i received from many trainers but only one shines in my mind GRANT CARDONE the very best motivational auto sales trainer in the world a complete pro and polished individual with class personified a man who took himself from sales to multi million dollar buisnesses that i only wish i could accomplish
