I have had the opportunity throughout my career in the automotive industry to work with the best and brightest minds in the entire industry. I started in the business washing cars and through time I eventually work my way to being the General Manager of a multi-store group. When the Internet first started to make it way into the car business in 1995-1996 I was there looking to try to understand it enough to figure out how to use it. It wasn't till 1998 I wrote a manual “Automotive Retailing on the Internet" which helped dealerships understand how to take advantage of the Internet as a business. Through the years I have had the privilege to work with manufactures, large groups, single point dealerships, vendors and I continue to learn from each and every one of them. This business is constantly in a state of change and my goal is to continue to help dealership build better more profitable businesses through innovative solutions and practical business process.

I am really working on it! Although our store is in great shape, they have cut back considerably on expenses and I'm not sure I'm going to be able to talk them into this one. I was going to put out a rommate request on here to see if I could cut cost that way. I've learned so much at the conferences that I would hate to miss even one!
