I've had the opportunity to work with the best and brightest minds in the industry throughout my career in the automotive business. I began washing cars, and through time I worked my way to becoming the General Manager of a multi-store group. When the Internet first started to make its way into the car business in 1995-1996, I was there looking to understand it enough to leverage it. In 1998, I wrote a manual called “Automotive Retailing on the Internet" that helped dealerships understand how to take advantage of the Internet. Throughout the years I've had the privilege of working with manufacturers, large groups, single point dealerships, and vendors. And I continue to learn from every one of them today. This business is constantly in a state of change. My goal is to keep helping auto professionals build better, more profitable businesses through innovative solutions and practical business processes.

I am really working on it! Although our store is in great shape, they have cut back considerably on expenses and I'm not sure I'm going to be able to talk them into this one. I was going to put out a rommate request on here to see if I could cut cost that way. I've learned so much at the conferences that I would hate to miss even one!
