Formerly aPerformance Improvement Consultant to the world’s top automotive manufacturers and their retail dealers. Develops, manages and grows strategic dealer relationships through Dealer 20 Group, OEM National and Regional facilitation and in-store consulting. Provides educational sessions on sales and service best practices and digital marketing. Supports OEM specific digital marketing programs and retailer participation( CDK GLOBAL, LLC) Also while at CDK, Stephon served as the Digital Field Consultant and as the regional advisor exclusively for Infiniti USA automotive retailers assigned to the Dallas area which encompasses 13 states and also to the Regional Area Infiniti-Nissan OEM field staff. Responsible for the analysis of e-business processes, provides coaching and training for dealership management including their Internet staff, and achieving overall digital performance improvement for Infiniti’s luxury brand through the most up to date information and research available, incorporating defined OEM program guides to repeatedly impact digital marketing performance. Overall, serves to continually analyze a dealer’s complete digital process, their eBusiness financial progress and performance to ensure implementation of appropriate process improvement techniques. Previously, he performed as the Regional Digital Marketing and Advertising Manager for BZ Results/ADP’s Central Region where he is responsible for the sales, implementation and training of Digital Marketing Systems and Digital Advertising campaigns throughout the Midwest. Prior to joining BZ Results, Stephon’s experience spans over 20 plus years in Automotive Retail and Consulting. Starting from a Lot Porter, he has worked his way up thru position of General Manager before leaving to become a Dealer Candidate. He is Master Certified in Sales, Sales Management and Internet Sales and a 300/500 Sales Legend.
During his first two years with BZ, Stephon has implemented numerous “Best Practice Workshops” throughout the Midwest sharing how the top dealers are shifting their strategy from traditional advertising to the internet. He has been the featured speaker for the 2007 NAMAD Regional Honda Meeting, 2008 NAMAD Lexus Toyota Annual Meeting, 2008 FMMDA Conference, 2008 GMMDA Annual Conference, and the 2008 AFMMD Annual Confernece. Most importantly, he has personally partnered with dealers who experienced up to 400% growth in Internet Sales since implementing a Digital Marketing System. His passion is to help dealers Find Sell and Keep a higher quality and quantity of customers for less cost while keeping them loyal to both sales and service.
