- I have managed the internet sales departments for various Acura and Honda dealerships where I hired and trained sales consultants to handle internet leads utilizing the proper lead management tool. Trained BDC representatives to handle internet leads and phone ups as well as lease retention. Created a follow up process for new and used car internet sales process. Worked as a sales desk manager and also a TO for sales consultants to close deals. Maintained dealer website and internet advertising for proper compliance. I have worked on evolving a strong social networking presence to create positive reputation management for RedNumbat. I eventually took on the role as the Internet Director for Teddy Nissan in Bronx, New York. After building and growing the internet department to record numbers, I joined Dealer Synergy as Internet Sales Director. In this position, I am involved in dealership internet sales and marketing training/consulting, social media department development, monthly dealer support management, marketing, and so much more. - I started in the automotive industry as a sales consultant selling Honda vehicles. Over the last few years I worked as Internet Director and Desk Manager for one of the largest Honda dealerships in New Jersey. Through the connections I made on this site, I was the internet director at Teddy Nissan in the Bronx, NY area where I built the internet department from the ground up to producing over 90 units per month from the internet/customer relations center. I have been recruited by my very close friend to join his company, Dealer Synergy as the internet sales director. I am involved in various roles from training, consulting, sales, marketing, to monthly support and social media. I speak Russian and English fluently.
