We make is easy to use SMS to communicate with customers - which is the manner that they prefer. We go beyond simple one-way alerts or auto-responders to keywords and open up SMS for ongoing, natural language communications.
"What will YOU contribute to the ADM Community?"
I track all trends in mobile technology and how they will impact dealerships. I am passionate that the impact of social media for business-to-consumer relationships has been greatly exaggerated (yes, I see the irony here) and hope dealers don't waste time on the new shiny object - apps - instead of focusing on what consumers do use - the mobile web and SMS.

Feb. 11: -10.8%

Can you keep up with 150 Friends on Social Media?

Posted on June 7, 2011 at 11:38am 1 Comment

Think this is an interesting study on how the mind works as it relates to the potential we are in a social media bubble.  What do you think this says about the long-term future of the hard core social media users with hundreds or thousands of 'friends'?  Will they eventually cut back on friends and likes?
