I am a multi-lingual sales & marketing expert with 20 years experience in elevating the profitability of diverse corporations. I specialize in mastering emerging marketing practices which of course in this day & age means online.
I am fascinated by the challenges of translating the best traditional sales practices to the online marketplace technology & helping sales professionals master selling in the cyber showrooms. As such, I work with Jazel LLC., customizing optimized website & online marketing solutions for both tech-savvy and want-to-be-tech-savvy dealers, auto groups, auto centers, manufacturers & agencies.
Jazel is the company which developed the patent-pending BBT (Behavior-Based Targeting) Technology, enabling dealers to dynamically morph their website's homepage to land individual customers on the segment of the make/model entered in the customers' online search queries and tracking their footprints throughout their online showroom site visit, thereby increasing conversions by delivering a continually customized experience.
I ardently believe that all consumer behaviour, including mine, has evolved to demand targeted, niche marketing with relevant, timely content. The importance I attach to this trend and my experience of how targeted, customized marketing strategies increase conversions is what attracted me to Jazel... I believe that years from now we will all look back and wonder how we ever tolerated websites without BBT technology (for those of us old enough to remember life without mobile phones, you know the feeling I mean).
We all have our individual preferences and one of mine has always been the representation of elite products/services to the general market but not to the mass market...
I don't think I'd ever enjoy marketing Coca Cola to the world- I'd much prefer to market Orangina to a few... Orangina is an almost unknown -but superior- soft drink: I've never met anyone whom I introduced Orangina to who did not love it. Which is why I love working with Jazel: I do not aspire -or even want- to introduce Jazel to thousands of automotive entities... but I cannot contain my enthusiasm about acquainting those very few automotive professionals who not only want "a great website" but know the Internet has removed most geographic limitations from their revenue potential and they understand that he who nails the online thing first will be king for a long, long time and it will be very hard or very expensive or both for his competitors to catch up in the future.
So instead of selling a thousand great websites to a thousand happy customers, I prefer to sell, and brainstorm, and customize, and manage and master a few targeted, comprehensive online marketing campaigns to catapult those few clients to national leaders in online-generated revenue.
I love the online marketing game because it's so new, the rules are constantly changing and we must not only have the requisite technical savvy but also a certain "je ne sais quoi" -an intuitive wand which points us where the gold is buried. Needless to say, very few people have ever been able to do that, in any industry... and many of those who say they can are modern-day quacks selling SEO Miracle Ointments. I don't know how or why my magic wand works, but it does and I think it's a blast! And along with smart work (and hard when necessary) it is so much FUN to have clients who become best friends and together we do well and grow and succeed, no matter what the economy, or the current zeitgeist hurtles.
My passions in life are travelling the world, practicing Kung-Fu, learning new languages (I want to learn Dutch & Italian next!), reading & haute couture. I study cookbooks for fun and can actually taste the difference between good wines and the mediocre -not just be a snob about them. I spend about a month in Mykonos each summer & I try to travel to at least one other exotic destination every year. I love Paris (& Joel Robuchon) and I miss Venice, madly.

Silia, thank you for your comment and advice regarding an approval process for new ADM members... In my admin section of ADM there is a record kept of all spammers who have been banned. In 15 months we have banned 8 spammers, and a couple of them really weren't spamming anyone, they simply had obviously bogus information in their profiles. All of the banned profiles were called to my attention by ADM members. With an 8 out of 2275 members, I would agree with you that the threshold where we need to become a gated community has not yet been surpassed. I appreciate your voice of wisdom, thank you!
