The second set of people are the ones that had a not so great experience at your store and want to shout about it from the virtual rooftops. You don't want these two groups socializing at your virtual cocktail party.

I came across this scathing opinion piece on Facebook advertising and I'd like to share it with the community for discussion. I'm admittedly not extremely well versed on Facebook ads, but this video seems to make a clear and concise case for questioning the effectiveness of buying likes through sponsored ads.
