In 2005 I got in to Auto Marketing and Customer Data, helping to create CRM initiatives for BZ Results.

In 2007 I launched AutoConversion and got in to Automotive Blog Marketing, SEO, and Social Media.

2008: Launched my first podcast series called the Automosphere.
2009: Began conducting marketing education in the form of webinars.
2011: Began experimenting with Google+ and Hangouts.
2012: Began producing On Air broadcasts.
2013: Began concentrating on Reputation Marketing.
2014: Began working with Big Data and Customer Insights to help dealers with Customer Conquest, Acquisition, and Retention.
2015: Began working incorporating BDC and Live Chat Engagement for lead generation purposes and personalizing the customer experience.

St. Louis event was fantastic. We're still crunching all the data but we had about 500 people out that day running around St. Louis interacting with sales people from the dealership and some of their vehicles.
