April 16, 2011 at 5pm to April 18, 2011 at 10pm

I am the Digital Sales & Marketing Director for Marazzi Motors which includes John Marazzi Nissan in Naples Florida and Audi Jaguar Land Rover Fort Myers.

Our Internet Sales and Delivery Team accounts for 35 - 40% of each stores business. We understand that nearly every single search for a new or used vehicle begins with a search engine. Our priority has always been to capitalize on "First Party Leads" converted on our web site. That said I am not a paid lead hater, I simply prefer to farm organically. Our utilization of Video, Blog, Micro Sites, Press Release and Social Media allows us a dominant position in SERP. We are Search Conquest Driven and maximize every opportunity with strong processes and the right people.

Our BDC personnel handle all incoming Internet & phone traffic into the dealership. Our process uses excellent phone skills and strong long term follow up.

Social Media networking and the "Branding" of our "Internet Sales & Delivery Team" has taken on a life of its own. We own our Google page one results, unlike most of our competitors as well as the third parties. I don’t consider myself an SEO expert, but a student. I consider maintaining a dominant internet presence like a game, I enjoy it and am encouraged to constantly try new things and experiment with new techniques.
