Rick has 20 plus years experience developing creative solutions leading to higher revenue streams in a shorter period of time compare to more traditional methods. Over the past few years he has developed a track record of turning around underperforming markets and has been sought after by the likes of Ford Motor Company and Reynolds & Reynolds. He has developed several sales territories, launched well known automotive products and services across the country, and introduced proven sales concepts into foreign markets which have become adopted best practices for many automotive retailers in those markets.

In 200 Rick was selected by Ralph Paglia of Half-A-Car and Reynolds & Reynolds to become part of Ralph’s Technology Assisted Selling team better known as TAS Consultants. This team provided e-commerce sales concepts to automotive retailers in Canada, Puerto Rico, and the United States all before e-commerce was seen as a true revenue stream. Later Rick created EZ Solutions to handle the needs of several automotive retailers and manufactures.

While in China Rick developed an interest in compliance and how it effects the day-to-day operation of an organization. In time this lead to him becoming a sought after expert in the area of compliance and how regulations can be introduced into the culture of an organization while increasing profits.

Rick is currently a Certified F&I Professional who holds various insurance and investment licenses. He has partnered with Credit Acceptance to provide operating capital and manage risk in the area of sub-prime financing. He is also co-owner of a consulting firm that specializes in assisting small business owners to better understand the compliance and code regulations at the local government level.
