I agree on the pre-set RFQ automated email template pricing by vehicle model and trimlevel, but with strict adherence to minimum invoice pricing, let's say Invoice + $ (no under invoice pricing allowed). This way other factors such as excellent customer service and trade-appraisal values would differentiate good Internet Departments from the rest... my 2cents...

Have you guys looked into any mobile solutions yet? (cell phones that is). We have some pretty unique tech that allows people to get your cars sent to their phones and are local to Chicago.
