With over 20 years of retail automotive experience, I have worn many hats… high volume SP, F&I Top Gun, GSM, as well as a successful General Manager and Executive Manager. As GSM, placing a high premium on recruiting, coaching and training, I was instrumental in building Andy Mohr Ford from a low volume unknown into Indiana's #1 volume Ford dealer, and one of Ford Motor Company’s Top 100 dealers in the nation.

As the Executive Manager of Andy Mohr Nissan, I was responsible for creating a sales team that significantly increased unit volume, PVR and bottom line store profitability. Within 1 year of becoming EM, through substantial training and leadership, we grew the dealership from dead last in the city to the #2 volume Nissan dealer in Indianapolis market, as well as the #3 volume dealer in the region, up from #13. Also, within our first year, we built and developed the organizations most successful eCommerce and high volume Internet department.

As e-Commerce director of a seven-roof top organization, I manage a staff of 20. I'm responsible for e-commerce, CRM, sales training, and all things digital. Through my vast experience, communication and leadership skills, we continue to grow and increase our Internet sales, year over year.

While peddling automotive training seminars door-to-door and coast-to-coast, I gleaned incredible knowledge and insight from automotive authorities Gart Sutton, Clint McGhee and Grant Cardone. I was the first marketing team to sell Grant's seminars when he was just a start up. I'm a member of the Dominion Dealer Solutions National Dealer Counsel and a featured speaker at the Digital Dealer Conference and Exposition.

I’m a Christian father of 4 daughters (2 bio - 2 adopted from China); I enjoy racing (anything with wheels), Harley's, travel, antiques fitness & photography.
