There is a new partnership in town…..adding video to your web site. It’s not all that new, but the point is that the amount of activity involving video has risen dramatically over the past 12 months. Video and Email - A Marketing Strategy

After the dealership has sold the car (be it new or pre-owned), it is not uncommon for a sales associate or Internet manager to send a “Thank You” email to the buyer. After that “Thank You”, how often are you contacting your data base of clients? These people are a captive audience.
