I have been in the automobile business for 34 years. I have worked in the Reconditioning Department, Auto Body Shop, Sales, Sales Manager, General Manager and finally I am right where I want to be as a BDC Director. I attended my first Tom Stuker seminar in 1986, I consider myself to be a training geek. I have been trained in addition to Stuker and Associates by The Joe Verde Group, Mike Overy, Tom O'Connor, Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy and have attended several third party vendor seminars through the years. I am an avid reader of Digital Dealer, Auto Success, and many others. I look forward to taking part and learning from this community.

It is great to see you have joined ADM... I am in my home office in Gilbert, AZ getting ready for my trip to Detroit tomorrow and wanted to check in on the happenings at ADM. This is a great distraction from the writer's block that just hit me while working on a car company proposal... And, I already checked in online for my SWA boarding pass (A16 Yes!)...

We get an amazing amount of grass roots support from all levels within the auto industry... Makes the aggravation of flying around the country with a guy sitting next to me sticking his elbow into my ribs, somehow worth it!
