I still believe that I need my customer's more than they need me and I find that the people who are pompus or say "hey you have to make the customer need you" are usually trying to sell something.
When you give your word it should mean something.
I am a former charter bus and tour company owner turned auto professional. 10+ years Internet, sales, marketing and manager for a number of dealerships but I miss my first company, Able Infiniti : > (
