Originally from Broadview Hts, OH, I graduated from Ashland University with a BS in Business Adminstration in 2001, and now reside in Huron, OH. A 3rd generation car carreer lifer, I started working for the car biz right out of college at Enterprise Rent a Car, and then spent 6 years with the Kasper Auto Group, the last 5 as Business Development and Internet Manager. Upon the recent elimination of my position in these tough times, I have decided to refocus my efforts in consulting dealers that need help with lucrative Internet Processes.

I've been a busy little bee in the Social Media scene, and having a lot of fun being involved in many different facets of it.

GM Internet Lead Alert

I discovered a huge break in the line of communication this week. I received a report this week stating that we've not responded to any of our GM Internet leads in the past 2 week. With the immenent closing of many competing dealerhships accross the nation, this question seems appropriate: "What do you do when it's not your call?"
