I've been in the automobile business since 1988. I have held ALL the positions in retail automotive from get ready to General Sales Manager. My specialty is Trade Cycle Technology and E-Business process sales. I grew up in the business with consulting and training from Half-A-Car, Cyber Car, and Grant Cardone. We have about 50 Dealerships in CA using Guest Concepts with some great success stories. Dealers see immediate results with Guest Concepts, with a lot less effort so that makes a huge difference. I decided to stay out of the CRM space simply because the field is so crowed. With the HAC Team in the field it made it easy to get the word out on LSI.
