VinSolutions works with Reynolds and ADP both. Having both stores on the same system has lots of benefits. Our CRM has a lot of great enterprise reporting, BDC functions, and other features for dealer groups that would be very useful.

They charge the exhibitors ridiculous prices for internet access so there is no way they are going to put in free wi-fi. Heck they even throw a fit if you try and use a broadband wireless card.
We have recently hired some very brilliant creative directors from other industries and they were both stunned to see how bad the average dealers website is.

Basic CRM function is a big CRM problem for most?
I have a question for everyone out there on how your current automotive CRM works.
Let's pretend you setup an internet follow up process with several emails and events that happen for 90 days from when a lead comes in.
